UK Shipping
We ship all orders from our UK-based facility. We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
All UK shipping is free of charge. There are no minimum order values — every order qualifies for free delivery.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT/BST) on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Standard (free): 1-2 business days (Royal Mail 24® / courier)
- Express Next-Day (free): Next business day delivery on all orders
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While the vast majority of orders arrive within the stated timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping. Customers outside the UK are advised to find a licensed supplier in their respective country.
Tracking
All orders are dispatched with full tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All orders are packaged in discreet, plain packaging. There are no external markings that indicate the contents or the sender. Your privacy is important to us.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
